He later transferred to the Boise West State Street branch, where he has spent the past five years working while attending Boise State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance. He has also completed the Commercial Lending Certificate through the American Bankers Association and Leader Development Training at Boise State University. Throughout his career, Jarrett has participated in the Bank’s internship program and gained experience across multiple areas of banking, supported by strong mentorship along the way.
