Nicole brings over 12 years of experience in financial services, lending, and client relationship management. Her varied background includes leadership roles in client success for enterprise-level financial services, as well as hands-on experience as a Consumer Loan Officer, Consumer Loan Underwriter, System Administrator, and Loan Processor. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in consumer lending, loan operations, and building strong client and business relationships.
In her role as a Commercial Loan Officer, Nicole will evaluate and manage commercial loan relationships while actively developing new business opportunities. She will analyze financial data and structure loan proposals with a keen focus on meeting regulatory and compliance requirements while serving the best interests of clients.
Nicole earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Fine Art from The College of Idaho, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. She is actively involved in her community as a youth basketball coach. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball with her children, and working on art projects.

Welcome Karla Coronado
John V. Evans Jr., President of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karla Coronado to Business Banking Officer in the Magic Valley and Mini-Cassia areas.
Karla brings nearly seven years of experience in the financial services industry, having served as a teller, mortgage loan processor, commercial loan secretary, and marketing associate. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from the College of Southern Idaho, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Her diverse background has provided her with a strong foundation in customer service, banking operations, and business banking.
In her new role, Karla will serve businesses throughout the Magic Valley and Mini-Cassia regions by building lasting relationships and delivering personalized banking solutions. She will assist customers with Business Online Banking, Business Capture, Merchant Services, and a full range of business banking products, providing tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needs. Karla is dedicated to helping businesses operate more efficiently by supporting their day-to-day banking needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Outside of work, Karla is a member of the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce and enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Congratulations Jarrett Orthman
John V. Evans Jr., President of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jarrett Orthman to Commercial Loan Officer at the Boise West State Street branch.
Jarrett began his banking career shortly after graduating from Burley High School in 2021, starting as a roving teller in Burley. He later transferred to the Boise West State Street branch, where he has spent the past five years working while attending Boise State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance. He has also completed the Commercial Lending Certificate through the American Bankers Association and Leader Development Training at Boise State University. Throughout his career, Jarrett has participated in the Bank’s internship program and gained experience across multiple areas of banking, supported by strong mentorship along the way.
In his new role as Commercial Loan Officer, Jarrett will focus on supporting the Bank’s continued growth by pursuing business development opportunities within the community. He will work closely with customers and prospective clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored banking and financing solutions. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, meeting with business owners to assess their goals, and providing lending solutions that help local businesses grow and strengthen the community.
Outside of the Bank, Jarrett is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Treasure Valley Chapter and volunteers with the Taft Elementary School Food Pantry. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and hunting with family and friends.

Congratulations Brooks Corbridge
John V. Evans Jr., President of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brooks Corbridge to Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer, and Assistant Regional Credit Officer in the Mini-Cassia area.
Prior to joining the bank, Brooks earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Idaho State University while gaining hands-on construction experience—from roofing and flooring to framing and concrete work. He also honed his practical skills on his grandfather’s farm, operating tractors, moving sprinkler pipes, and handling general agricultural tasks. Brooks has been with D.L. Evans Bank for nearly twenty years, starting in 2006 as a Loan Analyst and advancing to Senior Loan Analyst before transitioning into lending. After participating in the Bank’s Management Intern Program, he was promoted to Loan Officer, and he has since served as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Senior Lender, building extensive expertise in both leadership and commercial lending.
In his new role, he will provide comprehensive support to the Mini-Cassia Regional Credit Officer in administering lending functions. His responsibilities include assisting lenders, evaluating loan requests, and making recommendations to the Bank’s Senior Loan Committee. In addition, he continues to serve as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer, managing an existing loan portfolio while actively pursuing new business development opportunities.
Brooks is actively involved in his community. He serves as a Paul City Councilman, is a member and past president of the Rotary Club, and is a former board member of United Way of South-Central Idaho. He also contributes his time as a member of the Paul Palooza Committee. Outside of work, Brooks enjoys spending time with his family, particularly camping, four-wheeling, hiking, and hunting. He is passionate about woodworking and takes pride in crafting and repairing projects by hand.
Brooks expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, stating “I am grateful to be a part of a community bank that truly understands the fluctuations of our markets and is committed to working with customers to navigate challenging times whenever possible”. Josh brings over 11 years of banking experience, with a strong emphasis on agricultural lending through previous positions held at Rock Canyon Bank and Hillcrest Bank. Before beginning his banking career, he studied psychology at Utah Valley University and gained valuable leadership experience as Warehouse Foreman at BlenderBottle, where he managed the shipping and receiving department for four years.
In his new role as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at D.L. Evans Bank, Josh will focus on building and managing commercial lending relationships while identifying credit opportunities and providing customized financial solutions for local businesses. He will work closely with clients to support their growth and success, ensuring sound lending practices and contributing to the strength of the Bank’s commercial portfolio.

Welcome Sterling Heiner
John V. Evans Jr., President of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sterling Heiner to Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at the Orem branch.
Sterling has nearly 15 years of experience in the banking industry. He began his career as a teller and later advanced to roles such as branch manager, investment banker, and commercial banker at various financial institutions. He began his educational journey at BYU-Idaho, which laid the foundation for earning his Finance degree from Utah State University.
In his new role as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, Sterling will work closely with customers and prospective clients seeking business loans. He will conduct financial interviews, analyze credit data, and structure loan terms and conditions that align with both client needs and the Bank’s lending guidelines.
Sterling and his wife live in Draper, Utah, and have been married for 17 years. They are proud parents of four children, ages 6 to 13, and enjoy camping in three to five national parks each year as they work toward their goal of visiting every national park. Sterling is also an avid hunter and enjoys golfing.

John V. Evans Jr., President of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Blake Lewis to Commercial Loan Officer at the Bank’s Orem branch.
Blake has been with D.L. Evans Bank for over a year, gaining valuable experience through the Bank’s Loan Officer Internship program while working in a variety of branch and back-office roles. Prior to joining the Bank, he held positions as a financial analyst, assistant controller, and sales team leader. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from BYU-Idaho and has completed Leader Development training through Boise State University.
In his new role, Blake will focus on supporting the Bank’s continued growth by pursuing business development opportunities within the community. He will work closely with customers and prospective clients to help resolve financial needs through tailored banking products while building and strengthening long-term relationships.
He shared, “I had the opportunity to work in various positions as I worked my way through the Loan Officer Internship program. This gave me the unique chance to learn from both branch staff and back-office teams. I am thankful for those who took the time to teach and support me along the way, and I am excited about my future with D.L. Evans Bank.”
Outside of work, Blake is actively involved in the community and volunteers with Tabitha’s Way Food Pantry. He also enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness, sports, and outdoor activities, as well as spending time with his golden retriever and reading fantasy novels.

Levi brings a diverse background in sales, civil engineering, and drafting, equipping him with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service—all essential skills for a mortgage loan officer. His proven ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and guide individuals through complex processes will help D.L. Evans Bank clients achieve their homeownership goals. Levi’s educational journey, which began at Southern Virginia University studying Spanish Education and continued with a drafting certificate from Bridgerland Technical Institute, further enhances his ability to deliver personalized service in his new role.
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Levi will partner with both new and longtime customers, providing guidance throughout the mortgage loan application process. He will assist clients by gathering necessary documentation, reviewing credit profiles, and explaining available loan options to ensure they can make well-informed decisions. Levi is committed to making the home financing experience as smooth and straightforward as possible for every client he serves.
Community involvement has always been at the heart of Levi’s life. He is deeply engaged with several local organizations, serving as a board member for the Oakley Valley Arts Council and volunteering with The Burley Theater, The Wilson Theater, and local sports programs like OHS Wrestling. Outside of work, Levi enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, participating in community theater, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Jennifer has over 32 years of experience working in financial institutions, community banking, wealth management, and trust services, along with extensive training in financial services and lending. She has a deep understanding of clients’ needs and serves them with integrity, insight, and professionalism. In her position as a Commercial Lender, she is committed to helping clients achieve their business goals by providing tailored financial solutions and connecting them with the resources they need to succeed. She believes that building lasting relationships is at the heart of effective banking and strives to be a trusted partner who listens with intention, demonstrates compassion and empathy, and continually learns from each client interaction.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been involved in several community organizations, including the EIRMC Patient Family Advisory Council, the Senior Citizens Community Center, the E.I. Estate Planning Council, and, currently, the Exchange Club of Idaho Falls. These experiences have allowed her to give back to the community and stay connected with local initiatives.
Family is very important to her, and she loves spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys snowmobiling—especially after a fresh snowfall—and attending car shows. She also appreciates learning about classic car restoration from her significant other. She likes working on projects around the house or in the yard, and taking walks with her pets is always a highlight of her day. Jennifer’s goals are to keep learning new things, build strong relationships, and find ways to give back to her community.
