Since 1904, our identity has been defined by a Commitment to Community. As a local bank, we do more than provide financial services—we invest in the growth and well-being of the places we call home. We believe that when our neighbors succeed, we all prosper together.

Community Building
Strong communities take people willing to show up. We support local organizations, civic groups, events, and initiatives that bring neighbors together and move communities forward.

Education
Opportunity starts with access to learning. We support schools, scholarships, programs, and organizations helping young people build brighter futures.

Health Services
We support organizations expanding access to essential health services, wellness programs, and support for people in need.

Food Banks
Food security is foundational to community well-being. We support food banks, meal programs, and local organizations helping neighbors put food on the table.

Housing Support
A stable home can change everything. We invest in affordable housing initiatives and organizations working to create stronger, more secure neighborhoods.

Youth Agricultural Programs
Agriculture is part of the fabric of many communities we serve. We support 4-H, rodeo, and youth programs that help plant the seeds for the future of farming.

Community in Action
See the Team Show Up
From blood drives and food banks to fundraisers, housing projects, and local service organizations, our employees find plenty of ways to put community banking into practice.

Inspiring Community Involvement
Enabling Employee Volunteerism Through Paid Volunteer Time
Community service takes many forms, and we give employees the latitude to invest their time where it matters to them. Across the Bank, that means thousands of hours spent supporting food banks, building homes, organizing fundraisers, serving local organizations, and contributing directly to the work already underway in their communities.

Employee Directed Donation Initiative
Proudly Putting the Power of Giving in Our Employees' Hands
The people who live and work in our communities often know exactly where support can matter most. Through our Employee Directed Donation Initiative, employees nominate eligible local nonprofits for grants of $500 to $5,000, directing funding toward housing, community services, small-business development, and neighborhood revitalization.

Banking With a Heart
16,982 Dedicated Hours of Rolling Up Our Sleeves
Our community investment is intentionally broad because strong communities depend on more than any single cause. In 2025, D.L. Evans Bank supported 832 organizations spanning education, affordable housing, healthcare, youth programs, veterans services, economic development, and more.
