Mobile Banking Privacy Policy

Specific terms apply when you use the D.L. Evans Bank Mobile App.

  • Types of Data Collected: Through the app, we may collect your name, address, email, Social Security number, and financial transaction history when you create an account.

  • Location Information: If enabled, we collect location data—even when the app is closed—to provide services like fraud detection.

  • Technical Data: We automatically log device data, including operating system version, manufacturer, and unique identifiers, to improve functionality.

For customers utilizing our investment and advisory services, please note the following regulatory status.

Business Mobile Banking Disclosure

These terms apply specifically to the Business Mobiliti™ program.

  • Enrollment: Use of Business Mobiliti requires active enrollment in Business Online Banking.

  • Monitoring: D.L. Evans Bank and its service providers reserve the right to monitor system use to verify compliance with law and these terms.

  • Error Resolution: We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days (5 for Visa Debit POS) after notification.


Online Banking & E-Statements

  • Details and Enrollment: Online Banking Services

  • Service Fees: There is no fee to receive SecureAlerts; however, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

  • E-Statements: Electronic statements are provided in PDF format and allow you to get statements sooner than by mail while reducing the chance of identity theft.

  • Account Security: We recommend all customers set up SecureAlerts to monitor account activity and watch for suspicious activity in real-time.


MyCardCreation® Terms & Conditions

  • Image Guidelines: You may not use copyrighted material, trademarked logos, or images containing alcohol, tobacco, or religious symbols.

  • Fees: While there is no initial fee, a $10.00 replacement fee is charged after 3 or more replacement cards are issued in a 12-month period.
